Meryl Streep delivers a powerful performance as Margaret Thatcher, the first female Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, in this biographical picture about her life, career, successes, and failures. Although the story and characters are interesting, the picture unevenly glosses over huge sections of her tenure at 10 Downing Street.
