Marine Colonel Kane takes command of a remote mental hospital in the Pacific Northwest full of strange, insane Vietnam veterans. Stacey Keach plays in the starring role, a quiet officer who suffers from constant nightmares. The story lags a little bit in the middle, but twists unexpectedly to its conclusion.

Grade: B-.
